Hi-Tech Seals, established in August 2008 in Chennai, is an ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified company, engaged in manufacturing high-quality rubber molded products. Our core product range includes Water Pump Seals, Mechanical Seals, Oil Seals, Rubber O-Rings, and custom MRP components.

Manufacturing Facility
Located in Korattur, Chennai, our plant has a current installed capacity of 20 lakh units annually, equipped with:

• Hydraulic Presses

• Lapping, Finishing & Load Testing Machines

• Light Band Testing & Temperature Controlled Oven

• Electronic Weighing Systems and Full In-House Testing Capabilities

We use high-grade raw polymers like Nitrile, Viton, Natural Rubber, Silicone, and Neoprene, sourced from reputed international suppliers.
